Follador featured at the 7th Great Wines of Italy event in Bangkok

On December 7th, 2018 the prestigious halls of the Grand Hyatt Erawan Hotel in Bangkok will host the 7th edition of “Great Wines of Italy” the biggest wine event in Thailand, a country where Prosecco Follador has had a presence for ten-years.
As always, the event is organized by the influential American sommelier James Suckling, founder of the European edition of the Wine Spectator. Suckling has become the foremost connoisseur of European wine world, and with his years of experience he is one of the most respected and popular wine authorities among wine lovers, great collectors and anyone involved of the wine industry.
James Suckling has his own style of tasting, based more on the persistence of the aftertaste than on the olfactory analysis, and promotes the products that display the power of the vineyards, the authenticity of the cellars, and the work of winemakers.  He believes that knowledge of the appellation, and people and traditions there, is fundamental to understanding and appreciating the wines. He deeply loves Italy, to the point of having chosen to live in Tuscany, from where he launches his peripatetic journeys throughout the world. His company organizes events of the highest level, and the most demanding demanding connoisseurs trust his intuition to discover the best oenological products in the world.
Participation in events such as the “Great Wines of Italy”, at which we will be present with our Cru Torri di Credazzo DOCG, allows us to share with wine lovers the values of our product. These are important moments for us to  inform and guide consumers, particularly in the Asian market, which has always been fascinated by Italian lifestyle.
Follador will be present at the event thanks to our importer partner, Thailand’s Gfour Wines. They are a collaborator that is not limited to the mere commercial distribution of the product, but they support the oenological culture from every angle by ceaselessly promoting the great regions of the European tradition, such as Conegliano Valdobbiadene. For us, it’s an opportunity to step into our role as ambassadors in the world representing Prosecco DOCG excellence.
