In the early days, the Follador family purchased vineyards strategically, selecting only those best-suited for the Prosecco and Chardonnay varietals. Each of these varieties has its own vineyard, and all vineyards carry appellations. Discriminating grape selection and careful vinification has resulted in a line of exceptional white wines. The grapes undergo cryo-maceration before several decantings. They are kept in contact with fine lees throughout the process. In this way we preserve the wine’s bouquet, finesse, freshness and youth. The wine is then filtred just when it’s time to be bottled.
