Gianfranco’s international wine travels have afforded him the opportunity to discuss and perfect the latest wine making techniques. This, paired with his passion for developing great wines led him to create a range of Cabernets. As with the family’s white wine varietals, Gianfranco took great care in selecting vineyards to purchase for their Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc varietals. His final choice was in the Montello area, Italia Follador’s birth place. Both grape varieties have their own vineyards, each carrying the D.O.C. appellation.
